Export All
Export All exports the filtered set, not your entire database. If a filter or a search is active, only the matching leads go into the file.
To export everything clear your filters.
Export Selected
Tick the leads you want, then Export Selected. The footer keeps count as you go: 3 of 240 rows selected.
The header checkbox selects the current page only, not all your leads. On the default 10 rows a page, ticking it selects ten. To select a large set, raise Rows per page.
Clear selection resets your ticks without touching your filters.
What you get
A file called leads.csv. CSV is the only format the portal exports, and you'll see Exported to CSV once it's ready.
The columns, in order:
Group | Columns |
|---|---|
Name | First Name, Middle Name, Last Name |
Work | Company, Job Title |
Address | Street, City, State, Postal Code, Country |
Phones | Phone 1 - Label, Phone 1 - Number, and so on for each number held |
Emails | Email 1, Email 2, and so on |
Web | Web 1, Web 2, and so on, plus LinkedIn |
Notes | Notes |
Groups | Group 1, Group 2, and so on |
Custom fields | One column per field, headed with your own label |
Capture | Date Scanned, Scanned By |
CRM | In CRM, Sent To Integrations |
Reference | ID |
More details:
Custom fields are included, headed with the label you gave them and written out readably: a toggle exports as
YesorNo, and a dropdown exports the option's label rather than an internal value. See Create custom fields.Notes are included as a single column, merging the note on the lead, its AI summary, and any separate notes added to it.
The card image is not included. A CSV holds text, so the scan itself stays in Covve.
Scanned By is an email address, or
Unknownwhere the capture couldn't be matched to a team member.Date Scanned is written the way it appears on screen, such as
May 21, 2026, rather than as a timestamp.
Three columns exist only in the portal export and are easy to miss:
In CRM is
YesorNo.Sent To Integrations records which CRMs it reached and when, like
salesforce: 2024-01-10; hubspot: 2024-01-12.ID is the lead's reference, which is what support will ask for about a specific record.
Export and CRM sync are different things
Export gives you a file you keep. CRM sync puts leads into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Dynamics 365 as records your team works from.
If you're exporting a CSV in order to import it into a CRM by hand, connect the CRM instead and skip the middle step. See Send a lead to your CRM.
If your CRM isn't one of those five, that's what Zapier is for, rather than a reason to keep exporting. You get your API key from the app, then build a Zap that puts each new lead wherever you need it. See Connect other tools with Zapier.
FAQ
Why did I only get ten rows?
The header checkbox selects the current page. Raise Rows per page, or use Export All.
Why are there fewer rows than I expected?
A filter or search was active. Export All respects both.
Can I export from the app instead?
Yes, and the app offers more formats, including Excel and layouts shaped for Gmail and Outlook. It exports your own contacts rather than the team's. See Exporting your contacts.
