Before you start
Deleting your account removes what's stored in the cloud. That means every scanned business card and lead, your notes, your groups, and everything else saved to your account.
What stays behind
Two things survive account deletion, and both surprise people:
What's on your phone. The app's local copy remains until you uninstall it. Delete the app as well if you want it gone from the device.
Anything you saved to your phone's contacts. If you used Save to phone, those entries belong to your phone's address book now, not to Covve.
Delete your account
Open Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Read the confirmation and confirm.
If you're in a team
Contacts you shared with a team may remain visible to your admins. If that matters to you, raise it before deleting rather than after. See What happens when a member leaves.
Just want to stop paying?
Deleting your account is not how you cancel. Cancelling a subscription or trial is a separate thing, and you can keep your contacts.
FAQ
Can I get my data back afterwards?
No, they are permanently lost.
Does deleting the app delete my account?
No. Uninstalling removes the local copy; the account and its cloud data remain until you delete the account itself.
