Lifetime plans are no longer sold, but lifetime purchases you already made still work.
Bought Lifetime Premium in the Covve – Personal CRM app? That's a different app with its own help centre: help.covve.com.
Bought Lifetime in the App Store or Google Play
Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
Open Covve Scan and sign in to the account you used when you bought it. See Create an account and sign in. If the purchase is on that account, it comes back automatically and you're done.
Not showing, or you bought it before you ever had an account, or you're on a new account? Tap Restore purchases:
On a fresh install, it's on the bottom row of the first paywall screen, between Login and Terms & Conditions.
Otherwise, tap the Menu tab at the bottom right of the screen, tap Explore plans on the banner at the top, then tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the page. A short "Restoring purchases..." message appears.
Close and reopen the app.
Check that it worked. Tap the Menu tab. When your lifetime plan is recognised, the banner at the top shows Current plan, Essential and Lifetime access. If it still shows how many scans you've used and Explore plans, the purchase isn't on this account yet.
Restore works on the same platform you bought on. Purchases can't be transferred between the App Store and Google Play.
On iPhone, one-time purchases don't show under Apple Subscriptions. Look in your Apple Purchase history instead.
The app asks you to subscribe or start a trial? Don't start a new trial. If you already did, cancel it in your store subscriptions before it ends so you aren't charged. Cancelling won't affect your lifetime purchase. When your lifetime plan is recognised, the app may show Welcome to Lifetime Premium and remind you to cancel your subscription. Do that in your store subscriptions.
Bought Lifetime through AppSumo
AppSumo deals can't be restored through the App Store or Google Play, so our team applies them to your account.
Install the latest Covve Scan and sign in (or create an account) with the email you want to use. You can sign in with Google, Apple or email. See Create an account and sign in.
Find your User ID: tap the Menu tab, then Help & Support. Your User ID is shown there, shortened. Tap it to show the full ID and copy it. If you can't get into the app yet, press and hold Restore purchases on the first paywall screen for about a second. A pop-up shows your ID.
Email support@covve.com with your AppSumo receipt (invoice or redemption code), the email you signed in with, and your User ID. Help & Support may not show a Contact support button for this kind of account, so email us directly.
We'll reply once it's applied. Then close and reopen the app.
Older lifetime licenses
Older lifetime licenses can't be claimed with a code or transferred to another account or person. If you need something beyond that, email support@covve.com and a person will review your request.
Still being charged a subscription?
Lifetime and a subscription are separate purchases. Buying Lifetime doesn't cancel a subscription or trial you already had. Cancel it where it's billed: your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or Manage subscription in your Stripe email. Refunds for store charges are requested from Apple or Google. See Manage your trial and subscription.
Need a receipt for your Lifetime purchase?
Apple and Google keep it in your purchase history. See Invoices, receipts and payment details.
